Welcome to Hein Déchets! We are a committed recycling company and are looking for reliable team members who would like to enrich us with their talent and enthusiasm. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a versatile employee (m/f/d) who is willing to lend a hand and can be deployed flexibly.

Your tasks

  • Operating and maintaining machines (e.g. forklifts, wheel loaders, excavators, production facilities, etc.)
  • Operating, controlling and maintaining the channel baling presses of the recycling plant
  • Interrelationships and processes within waste management
  • Warehouse logistics and organization of work processes
  • Carrying out minor maintenance work on production facilities

Your profile

  • No special experience necessary, with or without professional training, also for career changers
  • Willingness to work in production and maintenance in our recycling sorting plant
  • High willingness to learn & technical interest
  • Reliability, flexibility, ability to work in a team, resilience
  • Enjoy working independently
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Sense for practical work processes
